Almere Poort - 45 minute Massage

In 45 minutes you will get a relaxing and restoring massage – perfect when you mainly want focus on a certain body area (like shoulder/neck, feet, or any other part of the body that is in pain/more tense)

All of my massages are customized. I will ask you beforehand what you need and take that into account (regarding your overall-state, intensity of pressure, preferences). 45 minutes is perfect to calm down, refresh and release some tension!

Almere Poort - 60 minute Massage

In 60 min. you will receive a full-body-massage. This is a way to relax more deeply, coming to the core of your being. If some body areas need more attention, the focus will go there.

All of my massages are customized. I will ask you beforehand what you need and take that into account (regarding your overall-state, intensity of pressure, preferences). In 60 minutes you get the chance to let go more deeply!

Almere Poort - 90 minute Massage

The 90 minute-massage is a deep treatment for your body. In this massage I will take care of the whole body (giving special attention to areas that need it) – also you will get the chance to reach a deep level of relaxation.

All of my massages are customized. I will ask you beforehand what you need and take that into account (regarding your overall-state, intensity of pressure, preferences). A 90-minute-massage is a special gift to your body and will let you feel rejuvenated.

About

I am a passionate dancer, massage- and dance-therapist. Since 2018, I have treated hundreds of clients in Amsterdam and Almere with a wide range of needs – from stress, burnout, and chronic illness to pregnancy and sports-related injuries. I have been dancing since the age of four, also at a professional level, which has given me a deep understanding of the body, tension/relaxation, and the connection between body and mind. I am grateful to be able to share this knowledge and use my gifts to help people find more balance and freedom in their bodies.

Good to know:
- free parking is available
- when you arrive: please go to the 2nd floor, where the physiotherapy is and take a seat in the waiting area (of the physiotherapy)
- payment is made after the massage (transfer/tikkie or cash)
- I use almond oil for the massage. If you have a nut allergy, please let me know – I have an alternative available

Heerlijke, ontspannende massage gehad bij Lisa, Lisa is erg prettig in de omgang en heeft heerlijke zachte handen. Heb erg genoten van haar massage. Kan haar zeker aanbevelen!

Gezegende handen, schone plaats, prachtig en rustige muziek. Lisa vroeg mij vooraf of er bepaalde plekken op mijn lichaam zijn waar ze op moest focussen. En ging aan de hand daarvan aan de slag. Ik ben relaxed weer uit huis gegaan. Kortom; een hele fijne sessie.

Geweldig ontspannende massage gehad bij Lisa, super fijn! Lisa is ontzettend lief en ze is met alle aandacht aanwezig. Ze straalt veel rust uit en ze voelt precies aan wat je nodig hebt. Doen!

Heb al maanden last van mijn schouder(s); zag dit voorbijkomen bij mijn fysiotherapeut en ik dacht gelijk…toch maar eens doen. Goeie actie en de massage was heerlijk! Niet te hard maar ook niet te zacht. Ze doet het goed, is rustig, vriendelijk en begripvol. Echt een aanrader! Ik zeg DOEN!!

Hallo, nou ik ben bij Lisa geweest voor een massage, en ik moet zeggen, ze is een echte, fantastische masseuse....
Ze masseert en weet precies waar mijn spieren niet goed zijn..
Ik ga er zeker weer een keer naartoe, ze is er 1 uit duizenden... 🙏👍
